A luxury kitchen appliance line that needed a luxury experience online for high end customers.

The Challenge

The Signature Kitchen Suite was a luxury appliance line for high end consumers and for trade professionals who were looking for alternatives to some of the established, stodgy kitchen brands. By introducing smart features and top tier customer service, SKS was ready to become a player in the space. We created an experience that informed consumers and trade professionals on info they needed to help revolutionize their customer’s homes.

We helped LG define and organize their product taxonomy as well as provided sound interface recommendations, user friendly navigation based on best practice and support for desktop and mobile devices all in record time!

In 8 weeks the Brazen team completed a major launch of the first phase of the project. This included:

- Project briefing and Requirements Gthering
- Site Design Concepting & Moodboards
- Native app Design Concepts
- Rolling Integration of delayed assets into evolving design
- Responsive code for an experience that supported mobile phone, tablet and desktop.

Results

Despite the pipeline and strategic challenges we faced on the Signature project we still managed to launch a successful site that met the stated requirements and kept users engaged during the Computer Electronics Show (CES) and the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS).

Post Launch Phase Designs

After the initial launch for CES & KBIS, we worked with SKS on Phase 2, where we iterated on the brand site, added new functionality, new products, and created a more visual navigation & pathways to get to products even faster and more easily
